Date: April 2004 Type: Arbitration testimony before panel, no prior deposition.

Description: Testified for Respondent, an owner, as to engineering standards and standard of care, negligence, schedule delays caused by engineering, quantification of engineering changes and damages to Owner. The Tribunal cited "…the very detailed, analytical, incisive and highly professional manner in which the testimony was presented in writing and given orally," and "…the extremely high quality of the evidentiary material proffered…"
